OK, I purchased the software a while ago - and I am now keen to get started, but the dongle keeps shutting down, then I have to turn the whole computer off and then I can start again. Also when I received the disks I did have a registration number and the system would not accept it. When I spoke with your customer service staff they advised that it is not necessary. Would it help if you gave me my registration id again and I can input that into the system? Any reason why I am having a problem with this? Your staff were very helpful when I purchased the package - I wonder if that is still the case.
